We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with 3–5 years of experience in the IT/Service sector to provide high-level administrative support to leadership and client-facing teams. You’ll handle documentation, client communication, and coordination while maintaining the fast pace and service standards of a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Presentations & Documentation: Design and prepare client-facing PowerPoint decks, service proposals, SOPs, and MIS reports.
· Mail & Correspondence Manage official emails, draft responses to client queries, and handle vendor/service partner communication. Maintain escalation and follow-up trackers.
· Tender / RFP Management: Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams to compile RFPs, tenders, and SOWs. Track submission deadlines, documentation checklists, and post-bid clarifications.
· Appointments & Scheduling: Manage calendars for senior managers, set up client calls, demos, and internal reviews. Coordinate across time zones and send timely invites/agendas.
· Admin & Coordination Support HR/onboarding docs, asset tracking, meeting minutes, and CRM updates. Assist in organizing client visits, team events, and training sessions.
Key Skills & Requirements
· Experience: 3–5 years as EA/Office Assistant in IT, SaaS, BPO, or service-based companies
· Technical Skills: Advanced MS Office & G-Suite; working knowledge of tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or MS Teams preferred
· Communication: Strong business English for client emails, proposals, and MoMs. A
· Organizational Skills: Multi-tasking across clients/projects, SLA-driven follow-ups, and calendar management
· Interpersonal Skills: Client-handling etiquette, escalation management, and collaborative approach with tech + sales teams

· Own Conveyance: Preferred for client meetings, bank work, vendor visits, or urgent local errands within Noida/Delhi NCR
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.Com, or IT background preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
