Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and court officials in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for advocates and staff.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, courier deliveries, and legal documents.
- Manage outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatches.
- Maintain client records, contact databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with advocates, clerks, and administrative staff regarding appointments and client visits.
- Assist with data entry, document scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and sensitive legal documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant is desirable. (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
