Job Summary
We are a B2B growth consulting firm seeking a motivated Business Analyst Trainee to support our Market Intelligence and Growth Acceleration projects. This role offers hands-on experience analyzing business processes, market trends, and growth opportunities across IT, Finance, and Pharmaceutical sectors for our global client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Research: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend identification to support client growth strategies
- Client Project Support: Assist senior analysts in preparing market intelligence reports, growth assessments, and strategic recommendations
- Data Management: Maintain and organize client databases, research findings, and project documentation using CRM and analytics platforms
Educational Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Recent graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) or final year students
- Minimum 60% aggregate in undergraduate studies
Preferred Fields:
- IT: BSc (IT/CS), BCA, BE/BTech (IT/CS/Electronics)
- Finance: BBA, BCom, Economics, MBA (Finance/Marketing)
- Pharma: B.Pharm, BioTech, or equivalent pharmaceutical/life sciences qualifications
Important Note
This position requires completion of a mandatory 3-month internship program before permanent employment. The internship provides comprehensive training and hands-on experience in our methodologies and client projects.
