Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving daily calling targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with interested prospects.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain accurate call records in CRM/software.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
