We offer affordable membership plans and are now preparing for the next stage of growth — building a strong member base in Bangalore before launching a larger-scale GTM (Go-To-Market) campaign.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Digital Marketer / Growth Partner who can take ownership of member acquisition and deliver measurable registration results.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional salaried marketing position.
We have a small initial marketing budget and are looking for someone who is willing to work on a performance-based earning model, with the potential to earn significantly based on the results you generate.
If you are confident in your ability to acquire customers, generate registrations and build growth from the ground up, this could be a very lucrative opportunity.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate new member registrations in Bangalore
- Identify the most effective channels for customer acquisition
- Run and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Google and other relevant channels
- Experiment with organic and paid acquisition strategies
- Create campaigns, content ideas, offers and messaging that attract genuine prospective members
- Track leads, registrations, conversion rates and acquisition costs
- Continuously test, measure and improve campaigns
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, communities and local marketing
- Take ownership of the complete member acquisition funnel — from reaching prospects to getting them registered
- Provide regular reporting on results and recommend where marketing spend should be allocated
- Help us establish a repeatable acquisition model before the larger GTM campaign
What We Are Looking For
We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to run Facebook or Google ads.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Creative about finding new customer acquisition channels
- Analytical enough to understand what is and isn't working
- Persistent and willing to test multiple approaches
- Focused on registrations and measurable results, rather than simply impressions, likes or followers
- Capable of taking ownership without needing constant supervision
Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, growth marketing, customer acquisition or startup marketing will be an advantage.
Compensation
Performance-based / commission model
There is no fixed salary initially.
Your earnings will be linked to the results you generate, with the opportunity to earn substantially as registrations and conversions grow.
We are keeping the initial marketing budget small, so we need someone who can be resourceful and demonstrate results before we scale the campaign.
The better the results, the greater the earning potential.
The exact performance structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
