Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator cum Designer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator cum Designer to create, prepare, and produce high-quality embroidery designs using computerized embroidery machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing embroidery patterns, operating and maintaining embroidery equipment, ensuring production quality, and meeting delivery deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Digitizing
- Create embroidery designs based on customer requirements, artwork, logos, and samples.
- Convert artwork into embroidery-ready files using embroidery digitizing software.
- Modify and optimize designs for different fabrics, garments, and embroidery techniques.
- Select appropriate stitch types, densities, thread colors, and embroidery settings.
Machine Operation
- Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines.
- Load design files and adjust machine parameters for production.
- Prepare hoops, frames, backing materials, and threads.
- Monitor machine performance during production runs and make necessary adjustments.
Quality Control
- Inspect embroidered products for accuracy, stitch quality, thread tension, and overall appearance.
- Identify and correct design or machine-related issues.
- Ensure finished products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machine errors, thread breaks, needle issues, and design problems.
- Report major equipment faults to supervisors or service technicians.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, ITI, vocational training, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in embroidery machine operation and embroidery design.
- Knowledge of computerized embroidery machines and embroidery techniques.
- Understanding of fabrics, threads, stabilizers, and garment decoration processes.
Required Skills
- Embroidery digitizing and design creation.

Preferred Experience
- 0-1 years of experience in embroidery production and design.
- Freshers are welcome
