Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
2. Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
5. Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
7. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Job summary: We are seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in Agile software development, frontend technologies, and a proven ability to collaborate closely with UX design and Engineering. This role bridges technical execution and user-centered design, translating UX specifications into actionable Rally work items (Epics, Features, and User Stories) with T-shirt size estimates and well-defined acceptance criteria. The Product Owner will own the backlog, facilitate team grooming and sprint planning, and demo features to customers and UX to validate functionality, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with the product vision. Roles and Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, translating product vision and customer needs into clear, prioritized user stories. • Ensure product requirements reflect both technical feasibility and UX intent. • Collaborates with Product Managers/Technical Program Managers (TPM) to decompose features into consumable user stories. • Collaborates with UX Designers to understand requirements and translates them into user stories. • Prioritizes and leads backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies while collaborating with Program Managers. • Translate UX specifications into Rally work items (Epics, Features, and User Stories) • Assign T-shirt size estimates to backlog items and facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prepare the team for delivery • Provides engineers with well-defined acceptance criteria that incorporates UX considerations (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, consistency) • Partner with QA to validate that delivered functionality meets UX expectations and design fidelity • Demo features and product increments to customers and UX to gather feedback, ensure alignment with requirements, and demonstrate business value. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline collaboration between engineering and UX teams. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner within Agile software development teams. • Comfortable working closely with UX teams to interpret and implement user-centered designs. • Experience in Agile processes. • Experience using tools like Rally, Confluence, and Figma, with the ability to reference and discuss design specs effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills across cross-functional stakeholders. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working with component-based UI systems or platforms with a UI/UX design system. • Technical Fluency (Frontend Focus): Mandatory. You must possess a strong working knowledge of specific frontend technologies to write accurate requirements. • Understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript HTML5, and CSS3/SASS. Note: We are not looking for backend experience (Java/Python/DB); this role is strictly focused on the UI/Frontend layer. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and frontend development practices. • Background in complex domains such as healthcare, enterprise platforms, or regulated industries a plus. • Certified Scrum Product Owner certification a plus.
