Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a smart, creative, and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Connaught Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, short video creation, flyer designing, campaign dashboards, Meta broadcasting, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns.
We prefer a candidate who is energetic, quick to learn, prompt in execution, and ready to take on new challenges. The candidate should be adaptable, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced work environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design attractive flyers, posters, creatives, and promotional graphics for campaigns.
- Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and promotional clips for digital marketing.
- Manage campaign dashboards and track performance metrics.
- Handle Meta ads manager, broadcasting campaigns, and audience targeting.
- Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing, bulk broadcasting, drip campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Create and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional mailers.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Be open to learning and handling any new task assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in making short videos, reels, and basic video editing.
- Good knowledge of graphic tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, emailers, and broadcasting tools.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
