CHITRA ASSOCIATES & CONSTRUCTION is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Marketing Executive / Market Survey Executive to support our marketing and business development activities.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting different market areas, shops, construction material suppliers, dealers, and other relevant businesses to collect genuine market data and generate potential business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit different market areas, shops, dealers, and construction material suppliers.
- Collect genuine and accurate data of potential customers and business contacts.
- Identify potential clients who may require architectural, construction, renovation, or related services.
- Generate genuine leads and share the collected information with the company.
- Create awareness about CHITRA ASSOCIATES & CONSTRUCTION and explain the company's services to potential clients and business contacts.
- Build relationships with shop owners, material suppliers, dealers, and other relevant market contacts.
- Collect important details such as contact information, location, business requirements, and potential opportunities.
- Ensure that all collected data and leads are genuine, accurate, and verified.
- Submit daily/weekly market visit reports and collected data to the company.
- Work in assigned market areas and achieve the given data collection and lead generation targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and market surveys.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and online forms.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of collecting genuine information.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, lead generation, or market surveys will be an advantage.
