Job Summary
IAMT Global is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty to deliver high-quality training in Hotel Management, Hospitality, and Aviation. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, practical industry experience, and excellent communication skills to prepare students for successful careers in the hospitality and aviation industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training in Hotel Management, Hospitality, and Aviation subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and skill-based training.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
- Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Prepare students for interviews, internships, and placements.
- Organize workshops, seminars, industrial visits, and guest lectures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure successful student outcomes.
- Support admission activities, orientation programs, and institutional events whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Aviation, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–8+ years of teaching and/or industry experience in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Aviation, Cruise Operations, or related sectors.
- Candidates with practical hotel, airline, cruise line, or hospitality industry experience are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Practical knowledge of hospitality operations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online teaching tools.
- Student-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and soft skills training.
