Role Overview
The company is looking for a mature, dynamic, and hands-on HR Leader who can strengthen and elevate the entire HR function across the organization. While the company already has an HR Manager and HR Executive in place, the organization now seeks a senior HR professional who can bring structure, strategic direction, improved processes, employee engagement, and stronger people practices across all aspects of HR.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced, creative, execution-driven environments such as Events, Advertising, Media, Experiential, Entertainment, Production, or similar industries.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Lead and strengthen the overall HR function for the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Build a high-performance, positive, and accountable work culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Ensure timely acquisition of quality talent for business growth.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Introduce HR practices that improve employee satisfaction and productivity. Address employee concerns and build strong internal communication channels.
Performance Management & Development
Strengthen performance management systems and appraisal processes. Identify training and development needs across teams. Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance. Monitor adherence to statutory compliance and HR policies. Improve HR MIS, reporting, and process efficiency.
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
12–18 years of HR experience, with at least a few years in a leadership role.
Experience in Events, Advertising, Media, Experiential, Entertainment, Production, orsimilar industries preferred.
Strong exposure across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, EmployeeEngagement, PMS, and HR Strategy.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
