Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Help develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and brand-building activities.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Content & Assets: Develop and maintain marketing collaterals (print and digital), ensuring they align with the brand's tone of voice and quality standards.
- Reporting: Track campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Budget & Coordination: Manage marketing budgets and work closely with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and external vendors. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Requirements and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration. Some companies prefer an MBA.
- Experience: Typically 2–4 years of relevant marketing or brand management experience.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and interpreting complex metrics.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to brainstorm and present innovative ideas for brand positioning.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills for collaborating with stakeholders and managing agency relationships.
