Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Programming Faculty to train and mentor students in programming, data analysis, and/or web development. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in coding concepts and the ability to simplify technical topics for beginners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java to students
- Deliver training sessions on data analysis (e.g., Excel, Python, basic statistics) and/or web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises
- Guide students through hands-on projects and real-world applications
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest trends in programming, data analytics, and web technologies
- Assist in curriculum development and content creation
- Support students in doubt clearing and problem-solving sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in programming and problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of:
- Data Analysis: Python (Pandas, NumPy), Excel, or visualization tools
- OR Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frameworks are a plus)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL is a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Git
- Hands-on project experience (academic or personal)
- Teaching, mentoring, or presentation experience (even informal)
- Enthusiasm for learning and teaching
Experience:
- 0–1 year (Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
