Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Assist in HR operations, attendance, and leave management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
