Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing professional to join our team at the Associate to Principal level. The role and responsibilities will be aligned based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage project deliverables with high quality and timeliness
- Analyze data, prepare insights, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Independently manage work streams (Senior levels)
- Lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to strategy (Principal level)
- Support business development, proposals, and client relationships (Senior/Principal)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
- X–Y years of relevant experience (flexible based on level)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
