Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Learning Consultant (Pre Sales) role focused on guiding prospective learners and their families through the BrightCHAMPS offerings. On a day-to-day basis, you will connect with leads via phone, video calls, and digital channels to understand learning needs, present suitable programs, and conduct engaging product demos. You will advise on course combinations, schedules, and learning paths while addressing questions and overcoming objections in a consultative and empathetic manner. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, share feedback from prospects, and support continuous improvement of the pre-sales process. You will be expected to meet and exceed defined performance metrics while maintaining an outstanding learner and parent experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Training & Development skills to explain learning journeys, outcomes, and program structures clearly to prospective learners and guardians.
- Experience with Learning Management or similar education platforms to navigate, demonstrate, and troubleshoot course delivery tools during pre-sales conversations.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design principles to translate learning goals into meaningful recommendations and to articulate the value of BrightCHAMPS curricula.
- Consulting skills to assess needs, propose tailored learning solutions, and build trusted, long-term relationships with families and other stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to present complex information in a simple, engaging way.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in edtech, education sales, academic counseling, or related pre-sales roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
