We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator who can plan, create, and execute engaging content across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building content calendars, conceptualizing ideas, and directing photo and video shoots, including short-series style content. This role requires strong creative direction skills and an active social network to collaborate with models and small UGC creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage monthly and weekly content calendars for social media platforms
- Conceptualize and execute creative content ideas aligned with brand goals
- Feature in, direct, and coordinate photo and video shoots
- Direct short-series style content (episodic reels, shorts, or mini storytelling formats)
- Guide models and creators during shoots to ensure high-quality output
- Source and collaborate with models and small UGC creators through personal and professional networks
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Coordinate with editing, marketing, or brand teams to ensure consistency
- Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedule
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Experience directing video and photo shoots
- Ability to plan and execute short-series content
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Well-connected social circle with access to models and small UGC creators
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of video editing or photo editing tools
- Experience working with brands or agencies
- On-camera confidence
- Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
