Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Communication & Engagement
- Communicate with potential and existing customers to share product information and updates.
- Handle outbound and inbound communication professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate product details.
2. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Contact leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
- Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and drive interest.
- Assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
3. Marketing Support Activities
- Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and outreach.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing department.
- Assist in creating awareness for new products or services.
4. Records, Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain customer communication logs and update CRM/records regularly.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
- Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email).
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
