Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer Lead who can optimize and scale Kriyadocs' cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on improving deployment pipelines, enhancing security, and achieving zero-downtime releases across environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and best practices

Own AWS infrastructure — design, deploy, monitor, and optimize across services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.)

Drive cost optimization initiatives with measurable savings targets

Implement and maintain security best practices, compliance standards, and access controls

Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and incident response readiness

Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions

Evaluate and recommend Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform/CloudFormation) for future scalability

Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and improve developer experience

Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational procedures
Required Skills
-
5–9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/Cloud Engineering

Deep expertise across AWS services — networking (VPC, Route53, ALB), compute, storage, databases, security (IAM, Security Groups, KMS)

Strong experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines

Proven track record in cost optimization and resource right-sizing

Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/EKS)

Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python)

Excellent troubleshooting and incident management abilities

Prior experience leading or mentoring junior engineers
Nice to Have

AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Experience in SaaS environments with multi-tenant architectures

Knowledge of Kubernetes
