About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React, Python, and Artificial Intelligence technologies to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications while integrating AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, optimizing application performance, scalability, and security. Success in this role means delivering high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and React.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop backend services using Python for AI/ML and data processing requirements.
- Implement AI/GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work with cloud platforms and DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation.
Requirements
- Develop applications using Java 8/11/17.
- Utilize Spring Boot for backend development.
- Implement microservices and REST APIs.
- Apply Hibernate/JPA for database interactions.
- Develop frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Redux.
- Implement Python Programming for AI/ML and data processing.
- Apply Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, Prompt Engineering, and NLP.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs and AI models.
- Manage databases using SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Work with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good to Have
- Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Utilize Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS.
- Implement MLOps.
- Develop using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Work with Kafka.
- Apply Agile/Scrum Methodology.
