About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our Team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate with international customers through email, phone, and online meetings.
✅ Understand customer requirements and explain company products and services.
✅ Prepare PowerPoint Presentations (PPTs) and product information for clients.
✅ Support the export sales team in finding new business opportunities.
✅ Maintain customer records, sales reports, and export-related documents.
✅ Assist in preparing export documents such as Proforma Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
✅ Follow up with existing customers and build strong business relationships.
✅ Participate in client meetings and support sales activities.
✅ Submit reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills in English.
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
✔ Strong learning attitude and willingness to work with international clients.
✔ Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology
