Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our Crowdfunding platform by working closely with NGOs, nonprofits, social initiatives, and individual fundraisers. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard partners, support them in launching effective fundraising campaigns, and build long-term relationships with donors and organizations.
This role is ideal for energetic, people-oriented individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and contributing to meaningful social causes.
Key Responsibilities
NGO & Partner Outreach
- Reach out to NGOs, nonprofits, and individual fundraisers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media
- Introduce partners to the fundraising platform and clearly explain its benefits
- Understand partner fundraising needs and guide them through the onboarding process
Onboarding & Campaign Support
- Assist partners in completing onboarding on the platform
- Support NGOs in planning, launching, and managing fundraising campaigns
- Help improve campaign visibility, messaging, and donor engagement
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, corporate partners, and donors
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for partners on the platform
Fundraising Growth & Donor Engagement
- Engage with donors and identify opportunities to increase donations and repeat contributions
- Share ideas to improve campaign performance and fundraising outcomes
- Track campaign progress and share insights with the internal team
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Strong verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp)
- Willingness to work with targets and performance metrics
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- 6months to 2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, BPO, or customer support
- Exposure to NGO, fundraising, ed-tech, fintech, or platform-based sales is a plus
- Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome
