We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital campaigns, social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage online campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
Social Media Management
- Create and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online communities.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website rankings through SEO best practices.
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
Content Marketing
- Oversee the creation of blogs, videos, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze KPIs such as website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with sales, business development, and recruitment teams to support business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
