Job Summary
We are looking for a goal-driven and empathetic Academic Counselor cum Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Your main responsibility will be to call leads, understand their educational goals, guide them toward the right courses, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Call prospective students and parents from provided leads to introduce our educational programs and courses.
- Student Counseling: Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and requirements to recommend the best-suited courses.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up diligently with prospective leads, address their queries, and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses in the CRM software.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling metrics and monthly enrollment targets.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and common student queries.
Pay: ₹10,313.27 - ₹20,386.77 per month
