Key Responsibilities
1. Training Systems & Capability Building
- Develop and maintain:
- Kitchen SOPs
- Recipe manuals
- Prep guides
- Training videos
- Learning modules
- Onboarding systems
- Station certification programs
- Ensure every BOH team member is trained using a standardised system
2. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Build and own:
- BeyondBurg Operations Manual
- Kitchen playbooks
- Training libraries
- Opening guides
- Maintain a single source of truth for all BOH processes
3. New Store BOH Readiness
- Lead BOH training for all new store openings
- Train teams, certify stations, and validate readiness
- Conduct mock services and ensure operational consistency before launch
4. Audit & Compliance Systems
- Conduct regular audits across all locations
Audit focus:
- Recipe adherence
- Production processes
- Station setup
- Holding procedures
- Food safety practices
- Training completion
- Identify gaps and implement retraining plans
5. Certification & Assessment
- Build structured certification systems for:
- Line cooks
- Station leads
- Kitchen managers
- Track skill levels and ensure competency across teams
6. Continuous Improvement
- Analyse recurring operational issues
- Update SOPs and training systems accordingly
- Work with the Executive Chef to refine standards when required
7. Culture & Discipline Systems
- Embed operational discipline through:
- Training
- Certification
- Audits
- Reinforce consistency, accountability, and process adherence
What This Role Does NOT Own
- Menu creation or recipe decisions
- Hiring kitchen staff
- Day-to-day kitchen operations
- Final decisions on culinary standards
Success Metrics
- Training completion and certification rates
- Audit scores across locations
- Consistency of execution across stores
- Speed of onboarding new hires
- New store readiness and performance
- Reduction in operational errors and deviations
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
