We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to operate dialysis machines and assist in the treatment of patients with kidney-related conditions. The technician will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective dialysis procedures while maintaining patient comfort and adherence to infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines for hemodialysis procedures
- Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
- Ensure proper functioning of dialysis equipment and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization standards
- Assist nephrologists and nursing staff during procedures
- Record treatment details and maintain patient reports
- Educate patients on dialysis process and care
- Handle emergency situations during dialysis sessions
- Maintain inventory of dialysis supplies and consumables
