HIRING – Head of Training & Academics (Hospitality)

We are establishing a new Hospitality Training Institute in Hyderabad and are looking for a visionary Head of Training & Academics to lead this journey from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional who wants to do more than teach. We are looking for someone who can help build the institution, develop industry-relevant training programs, mentor trainers and students, and play a key role in shaping the future of hospitality talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the institute's academic and training strategy
- Design industry-focused curriculum, training modules, and assessment frameworks
- Conduct and oversee hospitality training programs across hotel operations, guest relations and F&B services
- Recruit, mentor, and manage trainers and faculty members
- Build partnerships with hotels and hospitality organizations for internships and placements
- Ensure students are industry-ready through soft skills, communication, and interview preparation programs
- Drive student success, placement outcomes, and overall training quality
- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the institute as a core leadership team member
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in hospitality operations, training, academics, or hotel management education
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch
- Passion for developing talent and creating meaningful career opportunities for students
