Position: Customer Experience Associate (Voice & Chat)
Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Preferably from E-commerce/Quick Commerce industry)
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and live chats professionally
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, refunds, and payment-related queries
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for delivery issue resolution
- Provide product and fashion-related assistance to customers
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction experience
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in English & Hindi (Kannada preferred)
- Good typing speed with accuracy
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and support dashboards
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Work Schedule
- 6 working days a week
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (No Cab Facility)
- Rotational week off
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Candidates with 10+2 and strong relevant experience may also be considered
- Must own a functional laptop (minimum i5 processor with 4GB RAM)
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
