Job Summary
As a Monitoring Fresher , you will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting operational, business, or system performance metrics to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational standards. The role involves analyzing data, identifying deviations or issues, preparing reports, escalating concerns when required, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with various teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor operational processes, system performance, or business activities in real time.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).Identify anomalies, risks, or performance issues and escalate them appropriately.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports and dashboards.Maintain accurate records and monitoring logs.
Skill Requirements
Strong analytical and observation skills.Basic knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
