Qualification Diploma(3 years), BE or B tech - (Electrical, Electronics, Electronich and communication and Instrumentation.
Experience Minimum - 2 years
1 24X7 Network node monitoring
2 Prepare outage Report and pubish on mail and whats app groups, hourly reports
3 Prepare availablity report for All kinds of network eliments in scope Like ISC, WIFI, ENT UBR and A6 Airfiber nodes, daily , weekly and monthly reports.
4 Call Engineers and technicnas on filed for outage and TT clousure esclation
5 all >2hrs outages to be escalated on call and mail to respective stakeholders 24X7
6 Prepare Daily, weekly and montly KPI for network nodes in Scope
7 Prepaaration SLA KPI for monthly sign off with customer
8 Upload RCA / RFO in the customer provided format daily for the nodes in scope
9 Track CM compliance TT and publish daily report
10 Track PM TT and publish daily report
11 Prepare Availablity gap report for All kinds of network eliments in scope Like ISC, WIFI, ENT UBR and A6 Airfiber nodes, daily , weekly and monthly reports.
12 Should have excel and power point working knowledge
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
