Video Editor + Motion Graphic Designer
The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor + Motion Graphic Designer who can take a concept from storyboard or raw footage all the way to a finished film — cutting brand films, social edits, product explainers, and character-driven content, then bringing them to life with animation and motion. You'll work closely with our design and video teams and get hands-on with the AI video tools that are reshaping how we produce.
This is a hands-on role for someone 1–3 years into their career who's equally comfortable in the edit and in After Effects — someone hungry to level up and wanting exposure to both classic craft and an emerging AI-native production pipeline.
What You'll Do
Edit video end to end — assemble from rushes, shape story and pacing, sound-sync and sound design, color, and finish
Design and animate motion graphics for social, campaigns, product films, and brand content
Take briefs and storyboards through to polished, on-brand deliverables across formats and durations (reels, landscape, square, and more)
Build kinetic typography, transitions, lower thirds, and title animation
Cut and version content for multiple platforms without losing rhythm or intent
Produce and animate content using AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, and others) — a core part of our day-to-day production workflow
Combine AI-generated footage with traditional editing and motion graphics — blending, cleaning up, and finishing outputs so they hold up on-brand
Keep product and brand fidelity tight — logos, colors, and product details exactly right
Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative leads; take feedback and iterate quickly
Reliable with deadlines — plans time well, flags blockers early, and consistently delivers polished work across multiple projects at once
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in video editing and/or motion graphics; agency or studio experience is a plus
Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects — comfortable both in the edit and on the animation timeline
A real editorial sense: story, pacing, rhythm, and sound — you know why a cut works
Animation sense: timing, easing, and composition
Hands-on with AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, or similar), or a clear appetite and aptitude to ramp up fast
A showreel or portfolio that shows both edited work and motion/animation
Solid design fundamentals: type, layout, color, and hierarchy
Comfortable working within a brand system and taking direction well
Organized with files, versions, and deadlines
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Health insurance
- Provident Fund
Work Location: In person
