Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing leads on calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and updates in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the BDM.
- Assist the BDM in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up notes.
- Conduct market and competitor research when needed.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam).
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Good phone etiquette and customer-handling confidence.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Female candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and professional behavior.
- Interest in sales, client management, and business development.
- MBA candidates also preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
