A Real Estate Sales Manager leads a team of agents, develops strategies to hit sales targets, manages operations, analyzes market trends and ensures client satisfaction, focusing on growth, coaching, compliance and building strong client/agent relationships to drive revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor and motivate a team of sales agents, conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
- Sales Strategy: Develop, implement and oversee sales plans, set goals and manage the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities and advise on pricing and investments.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and foster a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operations & Reporting: Prepare sales reports, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with marketing.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in real estate sales, often with several years in management.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead, manage and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
- Education: Often a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
