About Us
Tiger Manpower Services is a growing security, facility management and manpower outsourcing company serving corporate offices, hospitals, showrooms, warehouses and industrial clients. We are expanding across Dhule, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Nashik and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
- Meet factories, hospitals, warehouses, educational institutes and corporate offices.
- Manage security guards, housekeeping staff, ward boys and other manpower deployments.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.
- Handle manpower recruitment and deployment planning.
- Coordinate attendance, replacements and client requirements.
- Support tender submissions, proposals and quotations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
Preferred Candidate
- Fresher with strong communication skills OR 1–5 years experience in manpower, security, facility management or staffing industry.
- Experience with companies such as SIS, BVG, G4S, facility management firms, staffing companies or security agencies preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment, operations, client handling and business development will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel across Maharashtra.
