Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented IPQA Executive responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and SOPs during manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate will monitor in-process activities, documentation, and GMP compliance to ensure that products meet established quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards during manufacturing and packaging activities.
Perform in-process checks at various stages of production.
Verify and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
Ensure proper line clearance before starting manufacturing and packaging activities.
Monitor and document environmental and process conditions where applicable.
Check dispensing, weighing, manufacturing, and packaging activities as per approved procedures.
Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and quality issues.
Assist in investigation of deviations and implementation of CAPA.
Ensure proper documentation and data integrity in all QA-related records.
Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and other departments regarding quality related issues.
Conduct routine GMP and hygiene inspections of production and working areas.
Verify equipment cleaning and status labels.
Ensure compliance with approved specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.
Participate in internal audits and support regulatory/customer audits when required.
Maintain QA documentation and prepare quality-related reports.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of IPQA activities and GMP compliance.
Knowledge of BMR/BPR, SOPs, line clearance, and in-process checks.
Understanding of Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, and Root Cause Analysis.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with pharmaceutical manufacturing/IPQA experience will be preferred.
Candidates should have practical knowledge of QA documentation and shop-floor activities.
Experience in nutraceutical, herbal, botanical extract, or pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
