Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and creative Multimedia Mentor to train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design while supporting practical projects and multimedia content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor students in video editing and graphic design concepts.
- Deliver practical sessions using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in developing creative projects and professional portfolios.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving their technical and creative skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and graphic design.
- Assist students with project work, internships, and placement preparation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.
- Maintain student attendance, progress, and assessment records.
- Coordinate and assist with video shoots.
- Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, multimedia, or training.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of video production, graphic design, and visual communication.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students develop industry-ready skills.
- Candidates with experience in an educational or training environment will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
