Salary Range : 1,20,000 to 1,80,000 per year plus incentive on every sale after meeting specific target
About the Role
Anvni Business Solutions is seeking a proactive, result-oriented Sales Executive to drive nationwide adoption of our flagship Smart CRM & Lead Management Solution. In this role, you will identify high-potential business clients, demonstrate how our CRM optimizes lead tracking and sales conversions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients across various industries nationwide using cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling live demos highlighting the key features of our Smart CRM (automated lead routing, WhatsApp integration, lead scoring, and pipeline analytics).
- Consultative Selling: Understand prospect pain points in lead management and tailor pitch strategies to show measurable ROI.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, follow up diligently with open leads, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Deal Closure & Onboarding: Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and coordinate smooth onboarding with the client success team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education Background – 10th, 12th or any graduate
- Experience: Fresher’s or 6 Months experience
- skills in Hindi or Conversational English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Nice to have a understanding of CRM workflows, sales tech stacks, and lead management processes.
- Skillset: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities with a self-starter mindset

- Training: Complete training will be provided
- Own Desktop and Laptop 8 GB RAM, 256 SSD & minimum I5 Processor
- Stable internet connection with minimum 50 MBPS Speed

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
