We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our cutting tools company. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient communication across departments, and a well-organized office environment that enables our technical and sales teams to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Support the sales and operations teams with documentation, quotations, and order processing.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of cutting tools and material
- Bachelor’s degree / master degree
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
