Role Overview
Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure accurate, damage-free, and on-time shipment of finished goods (injection-moulded/refrigerator components) while maintaining inventory accuracy, team efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch & Loading: Plan daily shipments to meet customer schedules, prioritize urgent orders, and supervise accurate picking, packing, and loading.
- Inventory Control: Manage finished goods stock using FIFO/FEFO guidelines, isolate non-conforming items, and conduct physical stock reconciliations.
- Documentation & ERP: Generate and verify dispatch paperwork (Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-way Bills) and record timely transactions in ERP (SAP/Oracle).
- Coordination & Safety: Work with transporters and internal teams (PPC, Quality, Sales) while maintaining 5S standards and warehouse safety rules.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Key Skills: Dispatch management, ERP operation, Excel reporting, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Domain Experience: Hands-on experience handling plastic/injection-moulded parts to prevent transit damage and component mix-ups.
