Job Title: Medical Assistant (US Healthcare – Night Shift)
Location: On-site, Delhi
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday off)

About the Role
We are a US-based healthcare group with a backend operations office in Delhi, seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our physicians with medical documentation, records management, and medico-administrative tasks. This is an on-site, night-shift role aligned with US working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist US-based doctors with daily medical records and clinical documentation
- Review and organize lab reports and diagnostic results
- Perform accurate medical data entry and maintain patient records
- Handle medico-administrative tasks, including chart preparation and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation and data standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with physicians and internal teams
Eligibility Requirements
- Educational Qualification (Mandatory):
- Pharm D
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- Nursing (GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Prior experience in US healthcare / medical back-office / medical assistant roles is an advantage
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM) consistently
- Willingness to work on-site from the Delhi office
- Comfortable using computers and medical record systems (EHR/EMR knowledge is a plus)
