Key Responsibilities
- Incoming inspection of raw materials, castings, forgings, machined components, and bought-out items.
- Verification of supplier documents, including Material Test Certificates (MTC), Test Certificates (TC), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and dimensional inspection reports.
- Inspection of incoming materials against engineering drawings, specifications, purchase order requirements, and applicable standards.
- Verification of material identification, dimensions, visual quality, and hardness, as applicable.
- Review of customer and supplier quality requirements and documentation.
- Identification and segregation of nonconforming materials, and preparation of NCRs/deviation reports.
- Coordination with suppliers and internal departments to resolve incoming quality issues.
- Maintenance of inward inspection records and quality documentation.
- Monitoring and control of customer-provided materials and inspection equipment, where applicable.
- Support supplier quality improvement activities and corrective action follow-up.
- Good knowledge about GD & T and instrument handling
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
