Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented PCD Sales Executive to expand our Pharma Franchise (PCD) business. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating leads, appointing distributors/franchise partners, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for the PCD/Pharma Franchise division.
- Appoint new distributors, franchise partners, and stockists across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and maintain customer records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Pharm/B.Sc./BBA preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in PCD/Pharma Franchise Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and PCD business model.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel if required.
Preferred Industry: Pharmaceutical, Herbal Pharma, Ayurvedic, Nutraceutical.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
