The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, familiarity with MS Office tools, and professional phone and email etiquette. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, handling communication with clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively over phone calls and emails with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination..
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ensure professional and courteous communication through all channels.
