The Opportunity
The Founder’s Office Intern role at Zen By Qualcode is not a typical internship. You will serve as a right-hand support to the leadership team, gaining an unfiltered view of executive decision-making, strategy formulation, and global operations.
Zen By Qualcode is the mental health and technology division of Newwton LLC (USA), working on solving the mental health infrastructure crisis. We need a smart, generalist problem-solver who can handle speed, ambiguity, and high expectations.
What You Will Do
You will act as a force multiplier for the Founder’s Office. No two days will be the same, but your core focus areas will include:
- Strategic Research: Conduct deep-dive market research on emerging technologies, competitors, and new business territories to support decision-making.
- Executive Operations: Assist in preparing pitch decks, investment memos, and high-level presentations for US stakeholders and global clients.
- Project Coordination: Shadow the leadership on critical projects, ensuring follow-ups are made, blockers are removed, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Product) are aligned.
- Data & Insights: Analyze internal data to find bottlenecks in operations or opportunities for growth.
- Meeting Shadowing: Sit in on high-level meetings, document key takeaways, and ensure action items are executed.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in productivity tools (Notion, Excel/Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva/Figma) is non-negotiable.
- Ambition: You are likely an aspiring entrepreneur or future product leader who wants to learn by osmosis.
- Education: Current student or recent graduate from a top-tier business or technical program.
