Job Summary
Kryfs Power Component Ltd. is looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at our manufacturing facility in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling incoming and outgoing materials, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and ensuring smooth material flow for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Handle receiving, inspection, storage, and issuing of materials as per requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of all material movements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely receipt and replenishment of materials.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, storage, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials, GRN, material issue slips, and other store-related documents.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices within the store area.
- Prepare and maintain inventory, stock, and material movement reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory controls.
- Use inventory/ERP software for stock management and record keeping.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma/12th pass; qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management will be an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling raw materials, components, consumables, and production-related inventory.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and store management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, and other departments.
