About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SolidWorks Designer who can develop detailed 3D models, fabrication drawings, assemblies, and production-ready designs for façade and architectural products.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of SolidWorks and be able to convert concepts and requirements into accurate manufacturing and installation drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks.
- Prepare accurate 2D fabrication and manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, sections, and material specifications.
- Develop designs for façade panels, aluminium/MS components, brackets, frames, louvers, and other architectural products.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and material requirements for production.
- Modify and improve existing designs based on site requirements and production feedback.
- Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, Site Installation, and Project teams.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for fabrication and installation.
- Review drawings for dimensional accuracy and minimize fabrication errors.
- Understand materials such as aluminium, MS, SS, sheets, profiles, and other façade materials.
- Provide technical support to the production and installation teams whenever required.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.
- Conduct design checks before releasing drawings for production.
- Visit project sites when required to understand measurements and site conditions.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Good knowledge of 3D modelling, sheet metal, assemblies, and fabrication drawings.
- Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of aluminium and MS fabrication will be preferred.
- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, materials, and manufacturing methods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in SolidWorks design, fabrication, manufacturing, or architectural/ façade products.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
