We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reporting and Systems Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the Director of Finance Operations. This role involves creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other visual tools to present data in a clear and concise manner, as well as assisting users with technical inquiries and collaborating with various departments to ensure software solutions meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy and presenting information in a way that supports informed decision-making. This role will require excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
- Support various departments in reaching their goals through analysis.
- Utilize data visualization tools to help users understand complex data.
- May be responsible for additional projects or tasks.
Data/Reporting for Finance Department:
- Assist with the management of financial data.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly annual financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Data/Reporting for Practice Areas:
- Prepare monthly updates on practice area revenues and growth progress – via Power BI preferred approach.
- Analyze data relevant to practice areas to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in preparing regular reports on performance, client engagement, and other metrics as needed.
- Support the management of practice area teams, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Client Contract Support:
- Support in the organization of client contracts, management of upcoming renewals/planning, proposed rate changes and response to RFP’s.
- Where appropriate, be the MDD representative in the collection and sharing of information required from client procurement departments.
System Support:
- Provide timely assistance to users experiencing software issues.
- Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding of software applications and maximize utilization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline.
- Power BI and Excel at an advance level.
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience of Finance Systems (Reports) Design, Development and Administration
- One to three years of experience as a business analyst working with Finance processes.
- Expertise with Power B, Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and MS Office Suite.
