Role: Business Development Executive – Telecalling
Location: Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency and adaptability to CRM processes
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach
- Ability to build professional conversations with prospective clients

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calling
- Present company offerings with clarity and professionalism
- Generate and manage leads through effective follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion processes
