Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site MEP Engineer to oversee the execution, coordination, and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for a high-rise residential project in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Experience Required
- BE/B.Tech (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) – Minimum 4+ years of experience
- Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) – Minimum 7+ years of experience
Educational Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- OR
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringKey Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate complete MEP works as per project schedules and specifications.
- Manage site activities related to HVAC, Ventilation, STP, WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Review technical drawings and verify execution as per approved designs and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor installation activities.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Track project issues and provide timely solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems execution in residential construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, Ventilation, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality control procedures.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on high-rise residential projects is preferred.
