Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Switchgear and Control Technics Private Limited (SCTPL) will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy, planning, risk management, and financial reporting. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with SCTPL’s business goals
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board
Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting
2. Financial Planning Analysis (FP A)
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives
3. Accounting Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards
Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management systems
4. Cash Flow Capital Management
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
Build relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
5. Risk Management
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee insurance, legal, and compliance risks
Ensure strong governance and internal controls
6. Business Partnering
Collaborate with department heads to drive performance
Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, M A, or new projects
Provide financial insights for decision-making
7. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
Build a high-performance finance function
Ensure continuous improvement in systems and processes
Key Requirements
Education Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification
5–15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferred.
